Objective: Deliver a full convention program over multiple days - general sessions, themed group dinners, silent auction, family friendly team build, off site local excursions, keynote speaker, golf tournament and guest activities where every evening feels like its own event, not a repeat of the night before.
The Flockable Touch: Over four days in the desert, no two gatherings looked alike: a dinner inside the Penske Racing Museum, a Desert Bloom Welcome Dinner on the lawn, a full-throttle Sunset Speedway evening at the golf club and an Annual Banquet headlined by country artist Easton Corbin, line dancing included. In between, we ran a golf tournament, pickleball tournament, sunrise walks, curated off-site excursions from sporting clays to a Frank Lloyd Wright tour, and a silent auction that raised serious money for the association's scholarship fund. Every meal, shuttle, sign and stage cue across 450 attendees ran through our team, so the client got to enjoy their own convention.
Objective: Host business leaders from Americas, Asia and Europe an elevated week of connection, finalizing transformation targets and actions, as well as launching the new three-year Strategy. Thoughtful F&B, engaging content and an atmosphere that reflects the locale and brings the global team closer together.
The Flockable Touch: We put the group inside a landmark boutique hotel built into a 19th-century brewery, then made San Antonio part of the agenda: a riverside dinner one night, a boot-scooting evening at a historic stable hall the next, complete with live band, cowboy hats and Texas barbecue done right. The details carried the client's message too - every name badge doubled as a personal commitment card tied to the meeting's "Courage to Change" theme, so the strategy launch followed attendees from the general session to the dinner table. Three time zones' worth of leaders arrived as colleagues and left as a team, and the client never touched a logistics detail.

Objective: Cap a two-day leadership forum with a team build that actually meant something and was not just another trust fall. The goal was to get leaders out of their breakout rooms, working with their hands, competing hard and connecting around a purpose bigger than the agenda.
The Flockable Touch: We turned the ballroom into a workshop: five teams competing through challenges to earn their supplies, then designing and building custom skateboards, ten in all, donated to local kids through a community nonprofit. The competition brought out the energy; the handoff brought out something better. Then we kept the momentum going with a casual pizza-and-beer night on the patio, because the best debriefs don't happen in a general session.

Objective: Bring an association's directors, officers and spouses together for three days of board business at a five-star coastal resort, where the mornings handle governance and industry matters and everything else makes the trip feel less like a meeting and more like a reward. With spouses making up nearly half the group, the guest experience had to be as thoughtfully planned as the boardroom.
The Flockable Touch: We set the board at Ocean House in Watch Hill, and let New England do what it does best: a welcome lobster boil on the beach with fire pits, lawn games and live music; a coastal harvest day aboard a barge, mimosas in hand, ending at a raw bar for a just-pulled-from-the-water oyster tasting; and a final evening of cocktails on the lawn and family-style dinner at a storied seaside inn. While the board met, spouses had a full spa day and a private beachside lunch of their own. Down to the chauffeured airport transfers and the karaoke playlist (heavy on the Led Zeppelin, per the group's request), every detail was arranged before anyone asked.
